Upon the successful completion of each delivery, our dedicated drivers follow a meticulous procedure. They kindly request a signature and a printed name on the 'Proof of Delivery Note' from the individual who accepted the goods at the delivery point.
The 'Proof of Delivery Note,' commonly referred to as POD, serves as an official acknowledgment that the order has reached its intended destination in excellent condition.
To further enhance the convenience of our services, electronic copies of the POD are promptly dispatched to each of our valued customers upon the conclusion of the service. However, should you prefer hard copies, these can be readily provided upon request
Non- Business Customers are required to pay at the time of the booking (prior the service).
Whereas, Credit Customers, will be provided with an electronic copy of the POD and Invoice. Payments should be made within 7 days from the date the invoice was issued.
